for PA 76th District State Representative

Sara Eggler was raised in the 76th District, with deep family roots. She is the daughter of Franklin A. & Sheila A. Eggler, and the granddaughter of “Harry” R. & “Betty” Helen E. (Williamson) Eggler, as well as, Albert & Ruth-Ann Myers; all born and raised in Clinton County, PA.

Sara graduated from Central Mountain High School in 2002, with high honors, and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in 2006, from Lycoming College, with a focuses in Religion & Art.

Sara first worked as a substitute school teacher for KCSD, before working for Eclipse Resources; a State College based energy company involved in Marcellus Shale development in Ohio. At that time, Sara was a registered republican. She has spoken openly about the importance of recognizing the moment in history, when Pennsylvania needed leaders willing to responsibly develop natural resources and support energy independence.

Sara has been working as a real estate agent with FISH Real Estate since 2018., where she continues to serve her community by helping local buyers and sellers in achieving the American Dream of home ownership.

Sara is deeply committed to serving her community. She is an active volunteer and has worked alongside several organizations. These include the Porter Township Recreation Board, Penn State Master Gardeners, the Clinton County Community Assembly Food Pantry, Girlz in the Hoodie, and the PA Adopt a Highway program.

In her spare time outside of volunteering, Sara enjoys the outdoors and many recreational benefits our district has to offer. She enjoys fishing, hiking, gardening, foraging and hunting. Sara is grateful of to live in the 76th District and has stated, “Central PA has always and forever will be, the place I call “home”.
