Clinton & Union Counties (House District 76), PA I April 26, 2026 — Sara Eggler, local real estate agent and candidate for Pennsylvania’s 76th District State Representative, highlighted a wide-ranging series of volunteer efforts completed throughout March and April, reflecting her campaign’s continued commitment to hands-on community service, environmental stewardship, and support for local families. Eggler’s campaign is built on a non-partisan stance with a strong focus on local issues.
“Public service should begin long before Election Day,” said Eggler. “l began volunteering years ago, before I thought about entering into politics. You do not need a title to help people. You just need willing hands, a little time, and a heart that still answers the call.”
Throughout the spring, Eggler participated in numerous service projects across Clinton & Union Counties:
On March 20, 2026, Eggler joined friends and community members to assist the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission with trout stocking at Kettle Creek. According to the Commission’s 2026 stocking schedule, Kettle Creek was scheduled to receive brook, brown, and rainbow trout that day as part of Pennsylvania’s annual stocking program.
On March 24, Eggler volunteered with the American Cancer Society to sort daffodils for students in grades K-9 across the Keystone Central School District who helped fundraise by selling daffodils and tulips.
On March 25 in Flemington, Eggler assisted the Flemington Good Neighbor Organization by helping stuff more than 3,200 Easter eggs for the community’s annual Easter Egg Hunt.
On March 28, again in Flemington, she returned to help hide Easter eggs for the day’s community event.
On March 29 in Lock Haven at the Piper Building, Eggler worked alongside Clinton County Veterans Affairs members, the Scouts Club, and the Clinton County Democratic Women to honor and serve local veterans during their annual veterans luncheon. Eggler arrived early to assist in set-up, served veterans through-out the event, and assisted in clean-up efforts, once lunch commenced.
“Those who served our country deserve more than gratitude. They deserve our time, our respect, and our presence. It was an honor to work alongside local organizations to serve the veterans who have given so much to all of us,” said Eggler.
On April 19, Eggler and campaign manager Michael Madden completed a roadside clean-up along Route 64 in Porter Township, collecting approximately 330 gallons of trash across a three-quarter-mile stretch from Dunkin’ in Lamar to Nittany Structures. Eggler has maintained that adopted roadway section for several years and also maintains an adopted section of Route 445 in Walker Township.
On April 25 in Lewisburg, Eggler joined volunteers from United Way, the Union County Democratic Committee, and community members at Summit Learning Center for a day of service that included washing windows, preparing raised beds, cleaning the facility, and washing vehicles. “It was an honor to work alongside so many dedicated volunteers who care deeply about making a difference for local families and children. Real leadership begins by showing up, lending a hand, and investing in the places that shape our future”, Eggler said.
In addition to organized events, Eggler noted that she is also a regular volunteer and monetary donor to local organizations supporting residents facing food insecurity.
“Our towns are strongest when neighbors keep showing up for one another,” Eggler said. “That is the kind of leadership I believe in. – One that shows up to deliver results first hand, and is accountable to the people of our communities.”
